A recruiter from the company they use, Crisp, reached out to me via LinkedIn telling me I'd be a good candidate for the role. I applied and made it through first and second round interviews. At the conclusion of the second interview, I was told the next step is meeting with the founding attorney. After that interview, despite sending follow-up emails, I never heard from them again. Not even a rejection email. Getting ghosted by a company who reached out to YOU is unprofessional and disappointing.
