Interviewed with them in June 2023 had two phone screenings and 1 actual interview with hiring manager I was told the position was put on hold but they still would continue to update me on the position. End of August they told me the position is over at this time because of the news with Campbell. One week later they hired someone else which I saw on LinkedIn. This company doesn’t value interviewees time or know what honesty is. How are you going to say your company is no longer going through with this position but then hire someone for this position less than a month later? I was told it was between me and another person throughout the 2 months and obviously that person got the job but what was the point in lying to me and telling me I was still being considered when in reality you were just waiting to hire the other candidate and deny me but didn’t want to say anything to me until you were allowed to offer the other candidate the position. And then tell me I was denied only because Campbells bought the company which was not the reason at all for why I wasn’t hired. Lack of communication, honesty and no respect for my time. Wish I would have been denied and not lied to.
