Initially I was sent a link through email to take a timed aptitude test which involved arithmetic, vocabulary, pattern recognition etc.. After a few weeks I was contacted again to do a video interview over skype with HR. I was soon scheduled to take an in person interview with the regulatory manager and head of regulatory analysis.

The interview questions focused a lot on previous projects/accomplishments I had whether it be in former jobs or through college. they also asked about situations that required collaboration. They were generally standard interview questions with a real emphasis on having specific examples.
