Interview process began with a 15 minute assessment. After completing the assessment, there was a skype interview with a Sovos recruiter where you would need to retake the assessment. After the Skype interview was asked to come in and meet with a Sales Director.

Sovos uses a very involved and multi-step process, but most steps seemed to happen in close sequence. Typically a first phone-screen with a recruiter, followed by an aptitude and personality test. Pass the aptitude test and you'll likely have phone interviews with the hiring manager and/or a sales director. Some sales positions will be very contingent on a live mock presentation, which would be done after 2-4 rounds of interviews. Communication seemed good throughout all steps. A background check and drug screen is required after the offer has been sent, then an immersive training program must be completed and passed to maintain employment (sales only.)

Pretty much what everyone else has stated. An Initial Cognitive and Behavioral test. Then a quick phone screen. Then Skype interview where you're monitored on the same test and then interviewed. The interview goes over your experiences in relation to the position. After that there would have been a phone interview with the head of Sales and then an onsite interview.
