There was a phone screening, two assessments (cognitive ability and personality) that I had to take twice, and then two virtual interviews (one with Learning and Development Manager and one with the Hiring Manager).
Basic interview with a recruiter, second round with the hiring manager. Asked about previous experience, some detailed questions about experience in specific job duties that the position would be responsible for.

Buena experiencia, te hacen sentir muy cómodo y es un proceso rápido. se contactan de manera directa y rápida. Es una entrevista muy charlada, muy poco protocolar, te dejan hablar sobre vos. También te hacen algunas preguntas en ingles.
