I am just seeing this review, and I wanted to ensure that you got a response. Even if late! I want to assure you that any and all pre-employment assessments that we administer here at Sovos are both job-related and that they are well-validated. Absolutely none of the assessments we use measure medical or mental health related information. In fact, the goal of our assessment process is to make our selection process more fair and more objective for all candidates.
