Applied online and received a response within days from internal recruiter. Very poor communications throughout the process. Was asked for immediate appointment availability which I provided but then did not receive a confirmation or a reply back for days, at which point we had to start the process all over again. After finally scheduling an initial phone interview - I was then required to take a battery of online cognitive and personality "tests" which I completed satisfactorily. The initial interview went very well and was told that that I would be scheduled for a second round but that I would first be required to retake the same tests again while being "observed". I did this via Skype and after passing the tests again, was asked to provide available times for a 2nd interview, which I did. After that, I never heard back from anyone at the company again. There was no further communication of any kind and no response to multiple attempts from me to follow up - via phone or email. So - after weeks of multiple back and forth communications - which had only been positive in nature, I was just suddenly discarded and ignored, with no statement or explanation at all. It was an extremely frustrating, rude and disrespectful process.
