The first step was an assessment.
Second was an interview with the HR
Third was another quick assessment.
Forth was an interview with the manager and the team
The process took 4 weeks, probably due to holidays.
Online interviews starting with a simple chat, then moving onto an IQ test in the following meeting and finally get to know managers and colleagues and discuss what the position really consisted of

I had two different phone interviews (had originally applied for a different position) and was then asked to complete online skills and aptitude tests. Following these assessments, I interviewed with three different people upon visiting the office. I took the assessments a second time and received a phone call with an offer about 2-3 weeks later.
