The interview is a three stage interview. The first stage is normally done on teams with an area manager (you potential line manager) and either another manager or someone from HR. The questions will be fairly basic about your work so far and what you know about Spamedica The second is normally face to face again with the area manager and with the hospital director for you area (divisional manager). This interview is the situational interview which goes over what you have or would do in situations. The third stage is a teams meeting with the operation officer. They will make the final choice although they will never work with you or even remember who you are The time from application to first interview is up to 4 weeks. Then from first to second is up to another 4 weeks and from second to third is normally only a week. Whole process may be over 2 months.
