First, an online application has to be submitted. Then there were two interviews, one non technical, which was situation based and the other was technical, which focused on previous engineering experiences. The interviewer asked which engineering experiences define you. These can vary over all sorts of things, i.e. classes, projects, internships, etc.

I was contacted by a technical recruiter who rescheduled the interview twice, once 15 minutes after it should have begun. I then was interviewed by the manager who asked me various questions about work experience. Questions were not difficult, however, the interviewer was extremely rude, cutting off my answers, yawning in the middle of answers, and overall seeming preoccupied and rushed with other work. The first impression of this company was one of rude, overworked employees.
