Be prepared to be very explanatory of your work experience and what you will bring to the company., what kind of improvements you have made in previous employment, how much you've saved your previous employers in cost savings. Be courteous, personable, and be professional, that goes and long way.

7 interviews, 30 minutes each with all different levels of management. All happened back to back over a four hour period and there was a one on one tour of the facilities and an overview of what to expect if an offer was exteneded. Arthur was my recruiter and he was incredibly helpful and upbeat and made me feel at home there before I even started interviewing.

Interviewed by phone and invited for Face2Face. They flew me out and gave me a rental car and hotel. The morning of the interview I was received by HR. She asked the group questions and then a tour of the facility. It was all followed by the interview.
