Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso SpaceX (Hawthorne, CA) nel mese di mag 2016
Colloquio
Process started smoothly. Had one phone interview with recruiter. Then on site interview with panel of hiring leaders (3). I got a tour prior or my meeting (awesome facility). Interview went well with 1st two panelist. The last and final panelist was very difficult. I was a finalist in the process (down to me and one other person), but I felt that my last interview was not actually real, as if they were just going through the motions, and decided on the other candidate already. They kept referring to him as having a fancier education. Overall the experience was positive, expect the last interviewer very rude and short, did not allow me to elaborate. No offer made, but I would have declined due to 60+ hour work week requirement (yes even as an intern)!

I applied online, and a recruiter reached out a few months later to set up my first interview with a Team Lead. It went well so I moved onto the second interview with the Team Manager. Both interviews were extremely technical and they grilled you on your projects.
