Initial interview was via telephone. Second interview was a PowerPoint presentation of a surprise conflict with 3 people. Process was very straight forward overall. The decision to not hire took a bit of time, but that is to be expected. I had to email recruiter directly for the decision. Would apply again in future regardless.
