Very prompt and thorough interview process. I was not offered a position but I respected them for it. The day did go a bit long, starting with giving a presentation, then lunch, and then going on to one on one interviews for the next 5 hour. The one on one interviews will have regular engineers picking your brain until you don't know what you're talking about. If felt this was hit and miss as far as uncovering my technical expertise of what I DID know. But it was very effective at exposing what I didn't know. They'll pick your brain on a subject until you don't know what you're talking about. Over and over again. In the end it was a positive experience and I got a great tour of the rocket factory out of it.

For Initial phone interview: asked about why you applied/liked the company. Then rapid fire technical questions that were generally very basic. Some time for questions about the role and to describe a project that you worked on in the past.
