Multi -stage phone interview, coding test, and they flew me out for an intense in person interview. The interviewer was 30 minutes late to pick me up from the front lobby and the HR rep was incapable on answering any of my questions about benefits. They were not nice and the questions were very difficult and made me think that they hadn't even read my resume.

Gave them a resume that matched the job description nearly perfectly and they threw it right in the trash. Likely a ghost job or one of Elon's kids running the recruiting department.

There are many rounds of interviews. I only made it though the first 2 rounds both were on the phone and zoom was not an option. I hear zoom is an option for some and I would recommend that if possilbe.
