Had multiple phone interviews, two in person recruiter meetings (Through SAE events), and an onsite panel interview. I went through 11 total, for two different positions. Every interview is technical, starting with basic solid mechanics and then they'll grill you on projects you've done in the past. The recruiters are nice and personal; will get to know you and vouch for you. Over all, very stressful, but worth it.

Asked technical questions regarding basic college engineering fundamentals, asked engineering portfolio questions regarding previous internship and project experiences, and asked hypotheticals based on what areas were owned on those projects.
