One in person interview, one phone interview. Both quick and non invasive. Felt comfortable enough to be honest and direct without feeling confrontational. Managers that interviewed me were very gracious and understanding when I stated I was a bit nervous.
submit online, in-person interview where they ask a few questions. Nothing crazy, pretty informal where you're simply expected to talk about yourself and how past positions would help you in the role.

One of the poorest encounters l have ever experienced in my life.
Interviewer called me 15 MINUTE LATE ! then apologized and didn't even give me time to ask proper questions. "You know l have 7 people on my list to call" - l mean, you wasted my time by setting this up and you are late AND you are telling me that you have 7 people to call ? l am not recommending this company to anyone - if people treat you this way in a phone screening, guess what they would do and behave when you started to work for them.
