Pretty poor to be honest. They requested a technical test before even picking up the phone or giving me any information about the job. Then I was invited to an in-person interview, but they didn´t check with me if the time or date suited. I arrived midday on my lunchbreak and they seemed totally unprepared. At the end of the interview one of the interviewers simply got up and left without shaking my hand or anything. Afterwards I was ghosted for two months and when I messaged for feedback, I eventually got a generic template rejection. Couldn´t make it up.
