This another one of those hot and cold start-ups that have a bias and chaotic hiring process. My time was literally wasted! I spent an hour waiting to be interviewed and the person who interview me could barely maintain contact. If you don't want people in your office, do yourself a favor and tell them that before they get there. Don't invite people who you know you aren't going to hire or that you aren't going to give a fair shot to. It's a pity that too many statrt-ups act that way and completely miss the mark.
