First they take first 2 rounds and shortlist from that and after one week 3 round. Almost all who appeared for 3 rd round selected

Telephonic interview ask about DB,PHP,Cookies,session etc. then technical and then HR round conducted Interview feedback is the process by which interviewers take detailed notes about a candidate's answers and qualities to share with their hiring team.
