The company itself seems to not mind the overall image of a not caring attitude. Lots of clients complain all over their reviews and applying for the company posts is just the same. They are rude and do not care about the efforts you put in for applying for the job, when you follow up they just read the message and say nothing. It's not like anything will happen to them by just providing common courtesy to just tell the candidates we have a time frame of so many weeks and if you don't hear anything it's a no. Instead they just keep saying the manager will come back to you. Its highly discouraging and disappointing behavior from them.
