The interview process was well thought out and designed. I felt like the interviewer, was not out there to get me but genuinely understand my beliefs, my experiences and reasons for my choices. In fact, the interview helped me reflect on my choices and journey. It was amazing to go through an interview process that was deep and empathetic.
