I had a telephone call, a couple of tests (including a Python coding test), then an interview. I did not make it any further. In a feedback call after the interview, I was met with a woman who was very rude in her tone and accused me of not being interested in Python because of a comment relating to having experience in Python and that I would be relearning it (paraphrased). In hindsight, I should have framed it in a better way but the way it was taken from context was out of line. Regardless, I have had constructive feedback after interviews from other companies and none of them felt rude in any way unlike at Sparta Global. She also asserted that I needed to be "grateful" for her feedback because most companies don't give feedback.

Coding questions were easy to understand and psychometric test was a bit difficult to finish but it was not required to pass. Interview was ok questions were based on the 6 competencies they had stated.
