I pride myself on being able to read a room and pick up on sentiment, and I can confidently say that Richard is genuinely passionate about the company's vision and growth goals. He brings a rare combination of empathy and technological acumen to the table. Talking technology and business at the same time, while maintaining passion, is a rare find.
