The interview process was odd to say the least. There were two other candidates there when I arrived (they were interviewing all day). They rented a space in an office building. It had minimal furniture. I was greeted by the HR manager, Alex, and she then led me to a small office to meet with the CEO for the interview. The interview seemed very staged and at one point I looked behind me to see if the CEO was reading lines off of a board behind me. The interview was bland and I was told I would hear back from them within a few hours. I got a call back for a second interview and decided to decline.

The first round was great, everyone was really nice and I got to meet the CEO personally and it was pretty quick. The second round was more of a first hand experience so I got to see and hear exactly how someone progresses through the training program. They tell you exactly what they are looking for if you losten closely. The third round was back at the office and I got to ask all the questions that came up and they were very polite and open about how I would fit in.
