Was reached out to do an interview, had interview and received offer the next day. It was an online interview with 2 hiring managers and they asked me about my previous job and behavioral questions

I received a call for an intertview 2 weeks after applying. Waited a month for the interview. Got a call for a job offer a week later. Got another call 4 days later letting me know that the salary based job I applied for was not available but they offered me a part time position, same job description. I was adviced to reapply in a month. I agreed. It’s been 2 months now, and after multiple attempts to contact hiring manager, I have received zero calls back.
