They claim to support neurodivergent people but my experience has suggested otherwise. I was contacted by them about a job they said matched my qualifications and encouraged to apply. I then received a rejection form email several weeks later saying I wasnt qualified. Their hiring process seems heavily biased and unfair. If youre neurodivergent like me and in need of assistance finding a job in technology, you may wish to look elsewhere. I have applied for three positions with them I was qualified for and they either ghosted me or sent me a copy/paste email about other candidates being more qualified.
