After 10 interviews over two months, including several onsite (1.5hr commute each way), I was told by the founder that I’ve “had too many” jobs and was a statistical risk for leaving. He is understandably very proud of the average tenure of his employees. None of the other nine interviewers told me that was a problem.
Overall, the folks that I talked to were great, very friendly, great energy and positive attitudes and I could tell they were walking on eggshells when I asked what they didn’t like about the company.
