Easy for the most part. They are expecting more work than they are willing to pay for. Wanting after hours phone work when paying far below market value for the work they are asking for. Wasted my time by not willing to negotiate salary far below what the role is worth.

The interview process was a super smooth process and was given an offer roughly a week later. I had communicated to the Director that it is way less than what I was currently making. I received a communication that the offer was withdrawn without an explanation from the Director. The offer was not on par with the market.
