I started with a phone screening with HR, followed with two rounds of interviews with managers of all the teams that this position will be interacting with.
Very-well organized and efficient interview process, everybody professionally introduced themselves about what they do and how many years with the company at the beginning, then asked very good questions related to the work and about yourself as a professional, they also gave enough time for you to ask any question you may have in the end, overall it's one of the best interview experience I've had. And Kristina from HR is extremely professional who did a great job in filtering/reaching out to the right candidate for the right position, she is very diligent in following up and providing feedback throughout the process, which definitely makes the person who is being interviewed very comfortable, and it seems to me the whole HR team understood their business vision very well too, that's a plus for the company, as you can tell, they operates efficiently with the same business vision across the board!
And they're looking for and going after the real talent, from HR to the hiring manager, they know what they're looking for, they know how to select the right people and they'll take good care of you from the beginning, so if you're really good at what you're doing/your area, pls don't hesitate to apply for their opportunities.
