The company has a strong reputation of hiring the correct individuals so the Interviewing is long. The set you with 4 different people asking questions making sure your right for company. Everyone that interview with was very professional and supportive to my question. The company team players for the company shows they want you to succeed but understand that you put hard work to be rewarded afterwards. Even Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist was great and always there to answer questions about the industry and interview.

My initial interview was with Caitlyn (Talent Acquisition Specialist). We had a great conversation about the requirements for the position and my background. Apparently they have had others that have taken similar positions and not been happy with the physical demand and cleanliness of this position. You are calling on hardware stores and are expected to get your hands dirty down stocking and merchandising products. This is not a suit and tie position. Moving forward I had an additional 4 interviews before an offer was made.
