I applied and within 2 days received info for phone interview. Did the face 2 face with 2 supervisors and the recruiter. 2 days after that I was offered the position. Pretty quick process. They kept me informed and replied quickly to emails. I'm excited to be a part of the company

Interviewer never showed up to the scheduled online interview. I emailed the recruiter, left a review on the interview and no response. It's been a couple weeks. Very unprofessional and disappointing

I was too honest about how I would like to move up in Spectrum. Apparently that is a red flag for older workers. Ageism is real at Spectrum. It was a shame. I feel we would have had a good working relationship.
