Had 3 interviews- 1) At an open House ( got an email telling me to take the assessment test because i was being considered . 2- Phone interview after a few weeks, 3- in person interview at the flushing office.

Tell us about a difficult situation and how you handled it?
First round was on the phone. Second round in person. Haven't heard back yet, but it was just today. So i am still waiting to hear back. They were very friendly actually. So just waiting to hear back.

It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.

It was smooth and you know if they like you on the spot so right after interview you get the ball rolling on paper work ro start training.All just be polite and answer the questions.
