The interview process took two days. The first day I applied online, took an assessment, and was called for brief phone interview and to set up interview for next day. The online assessment took about an hour and the in person interview took about an hour. During the phone interview was emailed the working schedules that they had and the pay they were offering. The benefits showed being given two weeks of vacation time, along with personal and sick days. During the interview I was asked if I planned to take off at anytime in the next 6 months. I was informed during the interview that I had to be open to any schedule. I was also told that I was over qualified for the position after discussing the work schedule. I figured that my resume had actually been looked at by someone prior to interview. Word of advice, offering all of these benefits isn't a good idea if they can't be used. Also, one should not sacrifice themselves for free cable, interview and phone.
