Easy process , tips to getting the job offer is to go with the flow. The managers are looking for people who will not challenge or question. I received the offers over others because I am looking to grow the company initiative and not grow people.

I did know the interviewers as I was internal.

Interviewed 4 different times as well as a presentation and an email to prove communication. Recruiters and initial interviewers are wonderful but when it got to the executive level, the executive team appeared frustrated to be in attendance and the tone of the room was that it was a waste of their time. Despite being told that it would take some time to complete the process and inform me, there was never any further communication which is not professional.

What did your job description look like in your previous role?
3 interview process. Recruiter, manager and site lead. Overall not a bad process. It was a good experience, but I wouldn't recommend them for a leadership position unless you get promoted internally. their training process for leadership is lacking and they kind of just throw you out there without any guidance.
