Highly based on design esthetic and the likelihood the supervisor will enjoy working with you. Very agreeable conversational environment. Not intimidating at all. Would advise to keep in mind that there is not much room for creative opinion unless the supervisor befriends you and respects your opinion.

Met with the main people and supervisors of my team and they were all very nice. Also had to submit a design which was nice to show off my skills.
