I was very taken back by the lack of professionalism in the interview notification process. At the management level, at a minimum a rejection notification is sent out. This company however ghosted me, which in over 20 years in the industry, have I ever had this happen. I reached out several times and couldn’t get the courtesy of even a reply. I am however grateful that they didn’t contact me because this process surely is indicative of how they run the organization. Sad that a multi million dollar organization doesn’t have a better recruitment practice.
