Contacted by a recruiter. Asked all of the preliminary questions. A week later, I had an interview with two managers of the department and a senior engineer. A week later, I was asked my availability for a 30 minute phone call with the HR Director. 3 days later, I was given an offer by the recruiter.

Had a phone interview with 2 managers from Operations. Then i was flown to Denver for face to face interview. I interviewed with a panel consisting of 3 principal Engineers and a manager. Questions where pretty tough by ok. Was told i they were interviewing other candidates.
