Hectic. Met with multiple managers. One was unorganized and the person was on the phone collaborating about how to get business from another company. He put the meeting on hold to chat with me and balanced between the interview and conference call. It was very awkward.

Interview with HR for screening then with hiring manager and then their manager. IT sometimes has a panel interview. After the panel interview they work on getting approval for the offer.
