2 interviews - one phone call, the next one is via zoom. phone call was about 30 mins Zoom call was about 50 mins Overall process was nice and easy nothing over complicated. Focus on how to be the best door to door sales person and focus on the schedule and hitting numbers

Answer basic questions about yourself. After that go sand use the good old sell me a pen method. If completed you get the job. Not too difficult to receive the job.
Online due to covid, spoke to an employee coordinator that had no correlation to the branch but was still given the job not ever meeting my actual boss. If looking for a job this job you can make very good. money but with very hard work.
