There were 2 people who took turns interviewing me. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed and asked me the standard interview questions “tell me about a time when…” please do not take their relaxed state as an indication that the interview is easy or going well. Remain professional and business focused and answer the questions as articulately as you can!!!

First round was on the phone. Second round in person. Haven't heard back yet, but it was just today. So i am still waiting to hear back. They were very friendly actually. So just waiting to hear back.

It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.

It was smooth and you know if they like you on the spot so right after interview you get the ball rolling on paper work ro start training.All just be polite and answer the questions.
