Seems like scum. Don't waste you rime. After running the full round of interviews, they don’t bother giving a clear answer - just a vague note that your candidacy is “on hold,” whatever that’s supposed to mean. Then, almost two months later, they reach out again on a different platform but about the same position, completely unaware that we’ve already spoken before. IMHO, two months is more than enough time to make a hiring decision - unless, of course, there was never any real intention to hire in the first place.
