Applied online, got an email that I was invited to a virtual video interview where I recorded some interview questions into a webcam and submitted them. Next, I had a zoom interview (this step would normally be in person but was online due to COVID). The recruiter said the team was not ready to hire virtually, so I played a waiting game for about 2 months until they returned to the office and gave me an offer.
