Sat down with store manager. Was asked questions like "As the customer service representative, you may encounter a few unhappy campers who will yell and scream at you over the telephone or in person. Have you had any experience dealing with difficult customers? Who was the most difficult customer you had to deal with? What was the situation? How did you resolve the problem?"

Very easy and relatively simple. The interview process is very straightforward and not hard to understand or comprehend. I feel like it would make a better experience if they had a actual area to sit down and talk with management instead of having to do the interview at the front counter while the manager is working and taking care of customers

For me the interview process happened quite seamlessly. As soon as I filled out the online application I was offered interview times for an in-person interview. The interview last about 30 minutes and they just ask you the basic questions pertaining to the job and your job history.

I applied online. Received a call from a recruiter 2 days later. She asked me questions and then set up an interview atg the store the next day. The interview in store lasted about 20 minutes and went well. I was offered a position the same day.
