I had a first round alum phone screening while taking a tap after 5-hour classes. I misunderstood the roles I was applying to so the conversation went strangely interesting as the interview asked me why the role and got completely confused by what I was saying...
the phone screening is followed by an hour long interview (i did this during covid so can't guarantee same experience)
it was a laid back conversation but you still have to be prepared to answer formal questions about yourself and why you're interested in the company

The interview process is really straight forward. The questions are primarily behavioral with a few questions about research experience. I had four skype interviews over three rounds of interviews. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly.

Experience with large amount of data? Research experience?

Colloquio
The process started with a phone interview about a month after I had submitted my resume. I spoke to an associate who was very nice. However, I ended up completing 6 more interviews before getting the job as I had to interview with ~2-3 people from each office I was interested in.
