Consultant called me and setup an interview. There was 2 round. 1 round went well. So after 30 mins they called and they want second round on the same day at 9.30PM. The interviewer joined 15mins late. The discussion went 1.30hrs till 11.00PM. After i follow up with HR and consultancy guy no response. if the candidate will not suite for your profile, why your wasting others time in late night? Dont waste you're precious time.
