Brief and Cordial, not challenging at all. The interviewer was friendly and engaged me in a laid-back chat about my experiences tutoring and how i felt about the school system. I think the interview serves mostly as a screening to make sure that you're a stable person who can communicate. There was no skills test involved.

It was quick and fair, and I was asked to provide a short demo. The interview consisted of one round: a QA session, a questionnaire, and a very brief demo.
