Colloquio
There were two interviews: a preliminary and a final interview.
1st interview I met with HR and a rep from the IT department. They asked what client-facing experience I had as they wanted to ensure I could work in a fast-paced environment with good touch skills.
2nd interview was technically more in-depth to ensure they were aware of my technical expertise and for me to be aware of the in-house systems I would be using.
