Apply online. If they're interested, they'll do an initial phone screen with the recruiter and 1hr technical phone interview with the team lead. If that goes well, they call you in for a full day in-office interview. They are pretty quick to respond and schedule the interviews.

The interviewer didn't prepare any technical interview. Just showed up and asked me with whom I had spoken before. Then started to pick up random points of my CV and ask random questions. I didn't get a good impression. Looked like internal disconnections in the hiring process.
