The event started at 7am & it takes a while to check in since they are checking your passport & splitting you into groups. Spirit truly needs to do away with the fish bowl question. There is no way you can get to know someone based on a question that they literally have 30secs to 1 min to answer. At least go through the entire interview process and allow everyone the chance to gets a 2 on 1 or 1 on 1 interview with the recruiter. They need to go back to doing video interviews or let everyone actually interview. Many people fly in from other states & pay hotel accommodations to be turned away when they weren't given the proper chance. After the fishbowl questions, they send you on a 20 min break. Once you come back, if your number is called, they let you go home. Once they lead you outside, the smiles disappear. FYI: the black lady(dark skin) from either HR or who was a flight attendant was very rude. You should not be making faces while people are up doing their "presentation". I can see why they rate dead last in customer service among the other airlines. They should take their own advice on "smiles being free".
